I know there are a lot of negative reviews on here, but all I know is how my transaction

went down.

I was worried at first because my check was cashed before I got an email saying that my item had been shipped. After I asked about it, though, I got a prompt response saying when it would be shipped. I also got a voicemail later confirming that it had been shipped and when it should arrive.

I also got a tracking number, which to me is the gold standard in a good purchasing experience. The item (an Altech Lansing mp3 boombox) arrived as promised, new in box, mint condition, and it works great.

The price was also the best I could find on the web, so except for that slight panicky feeling of seeing my check clear before hearing about shipping, the transaction went great. I'd put it in the top 20% of all purchases I've made online, and maybe even the top 15%.

Now, I'm not saying that these other reviewers are lying or have some kind of personal history with the owner. Maybe service had been shoddy in the past-- I don't know about any of that. All I know is how my transaction went, and I can honestly report that it went well. I would have no hesitation buying from All About  or computers RCT Electronics again, should the opportunity arise.
I hope this helps others make an informed decision.

They did some warranty work on my laptop. They were always ontime, and were very professional. They did the work well. Granted I did not have to pay them, Toshiba did, but I was very satisfied with their work.

I ordered a product from them in 2 days or so it arrived. I later called them about a slow system they fixed the computer with out me even having to unplug it. They done what they called "remote diagnostics" . They fixed me up good i will us these guys in the future and recommend everyone give them a try.
